Name the property decision before you tour

A tour without a decision collects buildings. Buy, sell, lease, and invest are different jobs, with different documents and different ways to be wrong.

After the decision, write the property type, the location you mean, an approximate value, and a timeframe. “Soon” is not a timeframe. A season or a number of days is.

Condition, access, and the systems inside the building are part of the decision, not a surprise after it. If you already hold the property, management is a separate question: who answers, and what is actually maintained.
