NEW JERSEY
Middlesex County
Warehouse, distribution, and the Turnpike corridor. Not folded into the northern page.
Why Middlesex is not on the northern page
Edison, Woodbridge, Carteret, and Perth Amboy sit on a logistics map: the Turnpike, warehouses, and port access. Operators of distribution, trades that serve those buildings, and manufacturers with a dock are the companies a buyer recognizes. That is a different brief from a Bergen medical practice.
Calling every New Jersey county by the same paragraph would rank for a county name and say nothing true. This page exists so a Middlesex seller can point at the corridor they actually use.
What a buyer will ask first
Dock doors, ceiling height, the lease, and whether the labor can be hired again. If you own the building, decide if it is for sale. If you only operate inside someone else's warehouse, the business may not be movable.
The statewide bulk-sale note still applies when business assets change hands. Location does not cancel the Division of Taxation's form.
Questions
Is Middlesex northern New Jersey?
Some people say so. This site keeps it separate because the logistics corridor is the fact that changes the sale.
Do you run trucks here?
No. Freight matching is a different page. We do not operate a fleet.
