REAL ESTATE

Industrial and warehouse property

Docks, clear height, truck access, and the highways nearby are useful facts about a warehouse. If you own one in Northern New Jersey and you are exploring your options, tell us those facts and what you want to do next. We follow up.

Why the corridor matters

Elizabeth and the Newark port district, the New Jersey Turnpike, I-78, I-80, I-287, and the Meadowlands industrial towns are not the same setting. A building that can take a container chassis is not the same as light industry on a Morris campus road.

Tell us the town, the approximate square feet, and whether tenants are in place. We do not publish an inventory of buildings.

Facts, not a slogan

Ceiling height, dock doors, trailer parking, and any remaining tenant term are useful if you have them. If you do not, the town and a size range are enough to begin.

Environmental history on older industrial land is a question for an independent professional. This page does not inspect the site.
