Assumptions to check
- All comparison values are user-supplied. The defaults are examples, not industry data; replace them with documented comparable figures.
- Use the same industry, period, geography and earnings definition. Asking-price data and completed-sale data answer different questions. This tool does not reproduce BizBuySell’s dataset or percentile rankings.
