The review
The request is stored with the consent you gave, including your contact details and the page you were on. Location is stored if you gave one.
We read the request for the scope you described. A higher-intent sale or purchase can be offered a time to talk. That is a conversation, not a closed deal, and not a promise of contact within a set number of hours.
The follow-up
Someone follows up about the request. Scope and price, when they apply, are discussed before anything is agreed.
You can ask for your information to be deleted from the privacy request form. Deletion does not apply where a law requires a record to be kept.
