Why related work belongs in one conversation

By GROFINEX Insights

A request usually arrives with a label: the website, the lease, the hire, the loan. The constraint underneath it is the same company, with the same cash, the same people, and the same customers.

Splitting that request across unrelated conversations loses the constraint. The technology plan assumes a building the lease has not secured. The transaction assumes earnings the operation cannot currently produce.

Write the outcome in one sentence before you name the vendor category. Then list the other decisions that sentence depends on. That list is the real scope.

We are organized around that list: growth, operations, technology, property, capital, transactions, and the specialized work around them. The first conversation should be able to see more than one item without pretending they are the same project.
